hi, i’m evelyn!

I’m currently a sophomore studying Information Science @ Cornell University with concentrations in UX Design and Interactive Technologies.

I’m passionate about merging creativity with technology to craft engaging user experiences and deliver forward thinking solutions that satisfy both client and user needs.

I aim to create impactful & accessible products that solve real world challenges and make a positive difference.

my design journey

For as long as I can remember, creativity and empathy have always been my most defining qualities. As a kid, I enjoyed crafting DIY projects, making origami, editing vlogs, making art, dancing, and more. My love for art and technology led me to study media communications in high school where I worked with numerous creative softwares like Adobe and Maya to do graphic design, art, videography, and 3D modeling.

I enjoy problem-solving as well, which is why I almost pursued a career in CS before discovering product design. Taking design related courses at Cornell made me realize that design is what I’m truly meant to do.

a glimpse into my life

This is my Syrian hamster hammy (I know, really creative haha). She loves running on her wheel and burrowing in her bedding. Her favorite foods are broccoli, sunflower seeds, and millet & flax sprays. She accompanies me when I’m up late at night 💕.

I love capturing beautiful moments in life and exploring new destinations. I especially love photographing the sky, nature, and interesting architecture. My passion started when I was younger, but I’ve since taken photography classes and learned how to edit photos and videos on Photoshop & Premiere 📸.

I have an obsession with collecting blind box figurines and merch of cute characters like Pochacco, Mofusand, and LuLu The Piggy 🧸.
